Second night at the Sheridan Opera House
As many of you know, we sold out tickets to the August 18 Jewel concert in a record seven minutes last week! Due to the overwhelming demand, she has generously agreed to perform a second night on Sunday, Aug. 19 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sheridan Opera House. The evening will once again benefit the Sheridan Arts Foundation and Jewel's charitable initiative, Project Clean Water. There will be no VIP meet and greet for this performance and tickets are $35 for reserved balcony seats and $55 for reserved seats on the main level. Tickets will go on sale on Monday (tomorrow) July 30 at noon, mountain time. Please remember that our venue is small and if last week's record-breaking sell-out is any indicator, these tickets will sell fast. If you want to see this special evening of music, please visit the below ticketing link at noon sharp on Monday.
Jewel is a three-time Grammy nominee known for such hits as "You Were Meant for Me," "Who Will Save Your Soul" and "Hands" and she played the Telluride Bluegrass Festival seven years ago. Hailed by the "New York Times" as a "songwriter bursting with talents," Jewel has enjoyed career longevity rare among her generation of artists. Whether alone with her guitar or fronting a band of ace musicians, Jewel has always been a charismatic live performer, earning the respect of other singer-songwriters such as Merle Haggard, Bob Dylan and Neil Young. Her performances at the Sheridan Opera House will be a solo acoustic storytellers evening of music.
